I do lens based, image projects and occasionally write non-fiction articles.

The image work is mostly monochromatic. Starts with digital photographs but they evolve via post processing. That sometmes uncovers interesting hidden themes and complexities.

The work is often photojournalistic but are not documentaries. Sort of simultaneously digital and artisanal . . . with a whiff of irony.

Exhibits included 3S Artspace, Belknap Mill'S Gallery, "NH Creates", 100 Market Gallery and the Exeter Town Hall (annual NHCP exhibit).

My "backstage/backstory" project is a permanent installation in the West End theatre lobby and most recently, a long exhibit at the charming Thaxter Hotel in Portsmouth, NH.

Over the years, I've done photo work, written for publications and was a designer/manager in hi-tech.

I have a BA from NC State University.
Editor of the yearbook, VP of SAE fraternity, BlueKey & GoldenChain honoraries, co-captian of swim team and generally had a grand time.

I also hold an MFA from Stanford University in Design.
That lead to ten delightful years as a visiting lecturer there - simultaneously working full time at Hewlett-Packard.
